The Service Center welcomes all Veterans by assisting with personal ID needs, Veterans benefits counseling, legal assistance, reliable mail service, DD214’s, military records assistance, transportation, clothes, and personal care items.  If we cannot provide the services needed, we can coordinate an appropriate referral. To expedite this process please bring the following documents with you when you come:

  • DD 214
  • VA ID card
  • Social Security Card
  • TN Driver’s License or State ID
  • Proof of all income (Bank Statements, Pay Stubs, VA Disability Checks, SSI/SSDI, Food Stamps, G.I. Bill Stipend,  Alimony, Child Support, etc.)
  • Copies of any overdue bills you need assistance paying
  • Current Résumé (Electronic Format Preferred)

If applicable:

  • Marriage License
  • College Degree or Transcripts
  • Certificates or Training
  • Any Professional Licenses and/or Certifications
  • Copy of an Eviction Notice
  • Copy of a Lease Agreement
  • Copy of HUD-VASH letter
