Get Assistance with Housing through Supportive Services for Veteran Families

Are you currently homeless?
Are you a Veteran struggling to get back into housing?

Need a safe place to stay while you look for housing?

Do you know a Veteran sleeping at a shelter or in their car?

 

OSDTN may be able to help. You will have a more productive appointment if you bring the following:

​

  • Proof of having served in the Armed Forces (DD214 or VA ID) or any photo Veteran ID

  • Proof of employment, if applicable

​

If you do not have these documents, we can assist you in obtaining them.

If you are struggling to retain your current housing, OSDTN may be able to assist you. You will have a more productive appointment if you bring the following:

​

  • Proof of having served in the Armed Forces (DD214 or VA ID) card or any state ID with Veteran ID

  • Copies of overdue bills

  • Copy of eviction and/or late notice for rent

  • Copy of lease/rental contract

  • Two months of most current bank statements, if applicable

  • VA or Social Security disability award letter(s)

  • Eight weeks of current pay stubs, if applicable

  • Two months of bank statements
